White-Listing the Backup Agent

In order to guarantee communications between the Backup Agent and Intronis's servers are not impeded you may need to white-list some specific IP addresses, ports, and services.  You can find the list of recommended white-list items here.

*Your specific Backup Agent may be configured to use a different port.  To verify which port it is using, check the "Remoting Port" option in the "Network Settings" section of "Preferences" (in the Backup Monitor, not the management portal).
