In some cases it will be necessary for ECHOshare to obtain the log files from your desktop computers related to sync operations to get to the root cause of problems. If you are asked to do this or suspect that you may be having issues with ECHOshare on your desktop, just do the following:
1) Enter the command "echo:xml" into your internet browser’s URL bar which will open a folder location with configuration files for ECHOshare.
2) Find all the files that are named with the extensions "*.log" and "*.dmp".
3) Drop these files into a ZIP file to make it easier to send.
4) Email the files to email@example.com.
