"Unknown Error -1" when attempting to launch the ECHOshare Workplace Desktop Agent
This error indicates the ECHOshare servers cannot be reached, most commonly due to a firewall. Please ensure ports 80, 443 and 4833 are open.
Should the issue persist, open the ECHOshare Preferences and select the 'Network' pane. Change the "Proxy Setting" option from 'Auto' to 'None'.
