The Account Snapshot allows you to see information about your client accounts on a specific day. You can see what their total cloud usage is, the number and type of licenses they are using, and their billing and package plan details. Directions for using the Account Snapshot are as follows.
Log into the management portal and click on the View Reports tab at the top.
From the drop-down selection, choose the option for Account Snapshot.
Navigate to the date of the snapshot you want to see and click on the Export to CSV button on the right. This should generate a (.csv) file with the Account Snapshot detail.
